Bread roll machine

This machine is used for the production of croissants (bread rolls) from dough pieces from the intermediate proofing. It is designed in a three-row canvas-free arrangement with metal rolls and the drive located on the bottom frame. The machine covers and the bottom frame can be made also in stainless steel.
